President of the SDUSD Council of ASB Presidents, Jerry Yang of Scripps Ranch High School, joined Judge Judith McConnell of the 4th District Court of Appeal at a recent Board of Education meeting to swear-in Board Member McQuary. Jerry assisted Board Member McQuary with taking the Oath of Office.
