On Thursday evening, 72 students who are in University City High’s platinum Biomedical Pathway program where given their working lab coats at the school’s annual Lab Coat Ceremony. These seniors will be doing internships this spring at various locations such as Scripps, UCSD & VA Hospitals and other local medical clinics and biotech companies. The biomedical internship instructors, Jessica Bosch and Leslie Wymer have spent countless hours helping the students line up these internships and preparing them for this fantastic “world of work” experience.
