PLTW STEAM Collaboration at Miller Elementary School

Last week was the week to celebrate and collaborate on STEAM and Project Lead the Way at Miller Elementary School. 4th and 5th grade teachers from Miller, Cabrillo, Perry, Hancock, Vista Grande and Miramar Ranch Elementary School forged a bond and collaborated on PLTW grade level modules in VEX Robotics, Energy and Collisions and Infection Detection. All schools are participating in a Department of Defense grant through the Children and Youth In Transition and STEAM Innovation Offices. It was a fantastic time to meet new friends and begin forging ahead with a common STEAM vision for our students!
