It’s LIT(erature)!

The Lincoln High School Social Science Department is taking on Youth Advocacy Identity--Based Curriculum Modules, “It’s Lit(erature).” Teachers will be promoting social justice, student agency, and strong standards-based instruction that centers around 3 modules: LatinX-The Departure & Arrival of Millions, Black-Moving from Oppression to Empowerment, and LGBTQIA+ History-The Long Road to Visibility, Equality, and Acceptance. Lincoln is excited to infuse their current social justice work with these unique modules offered by the Youth Advocacy department.
