On June 4, 2019, San Diego Unified School District, in collaboration with Mesa College, will host the African American Achievement Summit, an opportunity to maximize agency and access to post-secondary opportunities through the African American Lens. SDUSD's High School juniors will engage in an experience that centers around access to over 40 unique and engaging workshops, network opportunities with career and college professionals, and a chance to building community with peers from across the district.
